As a full-time Broker Associate I’ve been representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions for the past 13 years. I’ve earned several top sales awards and was inducted into the national RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2009. Before practicing real estate, I was a Deputy District Attorney in San Diego, and maintain my membership with the California State Bar Association, with continuing legal education in Real Estate Law. I’ve made downtown Encinitas my home for the past 15 years.
My business philosophy is to continually strive to represent my clients with the highest level of professionalism available in the industry. What this means to me is to always put my client’s interests first. I see it as my job to educate my clients thoroughly in the market conditions, neighborhoods and communities so that they are well prepared to make their real estate choices. I return calls promptly. I make it a habit to continually work on my business tools to ensure that I am able to provide my clients with a cutting edge level of service. I am passionate about real estate and really care about my clients. My goal is to create a lifetime client with every transaction.
