I am a Southern California girl that graduated from Point Loma High School. My grades were always tip-top while keeping busy with absolutely every possible sport as well as being a cheerleader!

In 1981 I moved to Encinitas to raise my children then started my real estate career in 1984.

For the past 30 years I have been a full-time real estate agent and REALTOR. I have held a broker’s license for 11 years. I have worked at the same real estate company for almost 30 years where I am currently the Broker of Record for Sea Coast Exclusive Properties.

For the past 19 years I have been involved at some level of leadership with our local Association of REALTORS starting originally with the San Dieguito Association of REALTORS. I started as a member of the District Council for the Encinitas (and surrounding) area and shortly thereafter was elected to the Board of Directors for NSDCAR (North San Diego County Association of REALTORS).

In 2009 I was honored by the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS (NSDCAR) as their REALTOR OF THE YEAR. There is only 1 REALTOR selected each year out of almost 5,000 REALTOR members.

I am currently finishing my 2nd term on the NSDCAR Board of Directors and will be Chair (President) for our NSDCAR Board of Directors for 2015. I have served as Treasurer for the last 3 years as well as Chair for Asset Management and many other volunteer positions.

For the past 16 years I have been a Director for the California Association of REALTORS (C.A.R.) and served in many areas including Chair for Region 29 (NSDCAR) as well as on Membership, Property Management, Common Interest Development, Investment Housing, Home Ownership Housing, Affordable Housing, Taxation, Legislation, Federal Issues and Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity.

Some personal highlights include my 3 children, my 4 grandchildren and my 3 years as CIF High School Champion and Southern California Junior Olympic champion on the trampoline.
