Homes: Display homes for sale on the map with specific criteria.
To start your home search, select the type of home you are looking for (For Sale, Public Record, etc.) Selecting a listing type populates the map with icons representing each home.
Another menu will appear below the "Listing Type" section, where you can refine your search by number of bedrooms, number of baths, square footage, etc. Use the slider that appears under each attribute to select your low and high limits. The icons will update your map viewing results in real time.
Lifestyle: Display businesses, schools, places of worship and more!
Click on the category of business or school you would like to see, and dots will appear on the map showing each location. The slider underneath each category (which is revealed by clicking the category name), will put a radius around each dot. This feature is ideal for learning what areas on the map meet more of your lifestyle choices and also for finding homes within a certain distance of a business, school, or grouping.
You can also plot your own points of interest by selecting Custom Locations and entering the addresses. Or, you can build and save your lifestyle searches so that you can use them again in any other area.
Value: Run home value reports to calculate their estimated current market value!
Areas: Display the geographic areas (such as zip codes) on the map and visualize their boundaries.
Geographic areas can be plotted on the map to give you a better idea of what county, city, zip code, school district, or neighborhood an object falls within, or just certain demographics on that boundary. Click on any of these choices to turn the corresponding shapes on.
You can also draw your own areas by clicking the Custom Areas button and then clicking Add Another. You will then be given tools to draw your own custom area and save it to your account.
Favorites: Save your favorite home searches.
Cards & Favorites work just like Files & Folders or Songs & Playlists. Every object on the SpatialMatch map has a card that displays on the right when you click on the object. These cards show useful information about that object such as stats and pictures.
If you find an object that you would like to save, click on the card’s star icon. Then choose which Favorites list to add the card to, or choose to create a new Favorites Lists. To view saved Cards, click on the Favroites button, and your favorites will be displayed. Once there, you can select all to visualize your favorites on the map.
