Sea Coast Exclusive Properties had its start in 1985. Two agents and their receptionist left
a large independent company and went off to seek their success by
opening a tiny office in Encinitas, California. By 1987 the little
company had begun to grow. The company had been founded on great
customer service and repeat business, and these ideas were paying
dividends. The founders could barely keep abreast of business growth.
They needed help - a marketing plan for the homeowner and a name that
was truly universal to attract buyers.
The company began
providing Escrow services in 1991 and Mortgage service in 1993. These
services are for customer convenience and have been widely accepted and
applauded by our customers and competitors alike. It is not unusual for
agents outside our company to request our services in their
transactions. Quality counts at all levels.
