A native of New York, Bill Ims came to San Diego after completing a 4-year tour with the USAF. He entered real estate in October, 1971 as a salesperson and received his broker’s license in April 1973. During his 38-year experience in real estate, Bill has worked with several firms in La Mesa, Solana Beach, Encinitas and Carlsbad communities. He has served as director with the East San Diego County Association of Realtors®; and the San Dieguito Association of Realtors®. Bill has been a member or chaired over 2 dozen committees in the organizations with which he has been associated. He is a frequent host at the Oceanside, Encinitas and Carlsbad marketing meetings.
