For the past 11 years, Jo Ann has worked as a Broker, buying and selling real estate for a referral based residential realty business. She has worked exclusively in the real estate business since obtaining her Master in City and Regional Planning from Harvard University in 1980. She started out as a Project Manager with large commercial real estate development companies; then as a Project Manager for a major planned community developer; later, an Account Manager and Director of Customer Service for a real estate due diligence consulting company providing services to the commercial mortgage-backed securities industry. Jo Ann also started and served as Executive Director for a local affordable housing company providing low income housing in Encinitas. This extensive experience provides Clients with a highly sophisticated and broad based approach to purching and selling property with the long term goal of complete Client satisfaction.

Family: Husband Greg, daughter Megan currently living in Vermont, and son Jack currently at USD and pitching for the Toreros baseball team, and dog Cory.
