Bob Chase is a Real Estate professional serving coastal and near coastal properties in North San Diego County.  Bob capitalizes on his business acumen as well as the results he has brought about for many clients by providing the necessary and essential ingredients for desired outcomes.  Clients appreciate his expert knowledge about real estate, successful negotiating ability, and team efforts in moving transactions through escrow in a timely and professional manner.
    Bob started his own real estate company in February 2006 after a long career in market development and sales (see below) and is proudly associated with a distinctive broker, Sea Coast Exclusive Properties in Encinitas.  At their Chase & Chase company, he partners with Sheryl Chase, who has a proven background in marketing, advertising and business management.  They specialize in "Prime Coastal Region Properties." 
  
   Bob's earlier background: After serving in the U.S. Navy and attending Oregon State University, he grew to become a business executive in the high tech and wireless industries.  Bob has worked for such companies as Motorola, General Electric, Cubic Defense, SAIC, SpaceCom Systems, ADC Telecommunications, Teledyne Ryan Electronics, Qualcomm and PacTel. He earned an aircraft pilot license and ocean kayaks for recreation.  

   Sheryl Chase successfully built an advertising and marketing company in San Diego, which she headed for 25 years.   She assisted startup companies and established large corporations by creating, recommending and implementing marketing and creative strategies.  These strategies were key elements in taking her clients from local to sometimes international levels.
