I love being on the SEA COAST EXCLUSIVE PROPERTIES TEAM! The resources we are given are amazing and go beyond the realm of just another Real Estate Agency! Being the wife of a builder/general contractor, I have always loved real estate. Living in gorgeous custom homes and helping create and decorate them is a passion. In the early 1990's I was the first in this area to open a home staging business. " You don't get a second chance to make a first impression" was our motto, so true! Agents didn't understand the value of home staging at first but they caught on quickly. Especially in this competitivwe area, staing is critical! I can offer this wonderful service to my home sellers. I can also offer the expertise of my husband and son, Travis, who is also a general contractor, on any aspect of construction, termite repair, home inspections, additions....you name it.
Recently, I have been selling vacant land (great deals) and am helping my cleints search for their dream homes as well as helping them sell their largest investment. There are many challenges in the real estate market today and my expertise of being an entrepreneur since the early 1980's gives me the ability to face these challenges. Having been involved in many aspects of the community since I moved here almost 30 years ago from the Caribbean, Colorado and Minnesota, I know the North Coastal County areas very well and am very knowledgeable about the schools and communities.
