As a native Southern Californian, Jeff originally started out in the construction industry in San Diego, working with a team building tract and custom homes throughout San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties. From there he held a number of key and senior management positions in several companies including one of the nations largest fortune 500 home builders.

Early in his career he had the opportunity to work with one of the great real estate gurus at which point he decided to immersed himself in the real estate investment arena and began purchasing a variety of homes to wholesale, rehab to retail, and to buy and hold.

His career has been evenly balanced between corporate commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, sales and leasing with over 20 years experience in property investment portfolios and managing a number of rental properties including his own.

As the result of his solid real estate experience, Wells Fargo, Chase and Bank of America rely on his experience and accuracy on an on-going basis for conducting property valuations on their performing and non-performing assets, which represents over 150 property valuations and still counting.
