My 29+ years real estate and mortgage experience contribute to my becoming a top notch Real Estate Consultant.  I have earned Top Agent Awards throughout my career with almost 700 sales to my credit primarily in La Jolla, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks Ranch, Solana Beach, Cardiff-By-The-Sea, Leucadia, Encinitas, Olivenhain, Oceanside, La Costa, Aviara and Carlsbad.  Last year at Sea Coast, I ranked in the Top 10 out of 150 agents.

I have always approached working with my clients as 'this is what I can do for you if we work together' instead of 'this is how great I am and you should work with me".  Of course I AM great, and you SHOULD work with me, but that is because of all the benefits I provide. 

So what do I emphasize that I'll do for you?  I return calls promptly, I counsel from our first meeting on setting your expectations (incl financial issues) relating to real estate goals.   I am an extraordinary problem solver, I'm patient and spend as much time as needed to help my clients understand what to expect, my listings are Featured Homes on Realtor.com, I utilize framed table-top slide show presentations for all buyers visting my listings and QR codes on my signs. 

I am computer savvy, smart phone savvy, can text with the best of them, use 'cloud networking' so my clients can follow along on their transaction progress, provide convenient e-signature signing.  I have a list of tax and legal professionals to refer your questions to as needed.

I counsel & pre-qualify both buyers and sellers initially to make sure we are suited to each other and can perform as a team.  

Over my 30 year career, 100% of my Buyer clients have qualified for their loan on the home he/she has selected.  This accomplishment is unrivaled.
I so thoroughly understand the real estate process that even if your transactions turn bumpy, you rarely see it as my efforts will make it appear seamless.  My years of owning a Mortgage company and underwriting loans help me see the 'red flags' from so far away that I handle them before they turn into insurmountable problems.

I have strived for 30 years to take a real estate-related seminar every month.  My latest certifications are Certified HAFA Specialist (HAFA is part of Obama's Making Homes Affordable plan), Certified Distressed Property Specialst, and graduating with a GRI Certification - a 3 year 100 hour accomplishment. 

There is no charge for my assistance with Loan Modifications or for my counseling on your choices to dispose of your property if you are currently 'upside-down'.

About 60% of my business since 2010 has been short sales and REO's.  I've over 85% approval record on my short sales, and overall a better than 97% closing rate on all sales. This is proof positive:  if there is a deal to be made - I will find a way to make it!  That is my promise to you, my clients!

On a personal side, I garnered 5 degrees from the University of Montana in Missoula. I hold a Montana real estate license, and my husband, Gordon Griffith, lives in the Bitterroot Valley, about 20 miles south of Missoula and 12 miles from Idaho. Outside of real estate, my interests are reading and writing, fishing, yoga and meditating.
