I graduated from Coronado High in 1972, moved to Encinitas following graduation and went two years to Palomar Jr. College before transfering to Fort Lewis College in Durango Colorado were
I majored in business and skiing.
After college I returned to Encinitas and became a licensed general building contractor in 1979. I have worked in that capacity since that time operating as "The Woodworth Co.". As a contractor, I have built or remodeled several homes in north county and Coronado.
I received my real estate sales license in 1983 and my broker license in 2010. In 1989 I was hired by John Burnham & Co. as a commercial real estate broker and was fortunate enough to have been involved in several large sales and lease transactions, including the creation and sale to the state of California, Palomar College's second campus.
I was the managing partner in developing and building the custom home subdivision known as "Beachrock" in Encinitas. I also successfully marketed the houses that we built ranging in price from $650K to $3.9M.
My latest endeavor is joining the wonderful team at Sea Coast Exclusive Properties. It is truly a company made up of outstanding people with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism and I feel fortunate too be on board.
