and their receptionist left a large independent company and went off to
seek their success by opening a tiny office in the Olivenhain
neighborhood of Encinitas, California. By 1987 the little team had begun
to grow and they joined forces with a national real estate franchise.

business, and these ideas were paying big dividends. The company
